  • The offer is available while stocks last.

3. Color Selection:

  • Customers cannot choose or request a specific color for the free planter.

  • The color of the complimentary planter will be randomly selected by Sheer Decor to maintain fairness and availability.

4. Return and Exchange Policy for Offer Planter:

  • The free planter included in the offer is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customers may only return the originally purchased planter, and only if it meets our return criteria.

Standard Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned only within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

2. Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at operations.sheerdecor@gmail.com or via our contact form.

  • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and images if applicable.

3. Exclusions:

  • Products under the Buy 1 Get 1 Offer are not eligible for full return or exchange, especially the complimentary product.

  • Custom orders, items purchased on heavy discount, and products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.

General Terms

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Sheer Decor will be final and binding.
