Cancellation Policy
At SheerSecor, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation process simple and transparent. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations are not permitted.
You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide your bank details for refund processing.
Automatic Cancellations

Orders may be automatically cancelled if the payment is not received (for prepaid orders) or if the delivery address is invalid.

For COD orders, repeated non-acceptance of deliveries may lead to account suspension.
