Once a cancellation is approved before shipment, we will confirm it via email or SMS and refund the amount to the selected payment method.
2. Post-Dispatch Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For cancellations approved before dispatch, refunds will be made to the original payment method (or the method selected during purchase).

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Automatic Cancellation
Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

Payment is not received for prepaid orders on time; or

The provided delivery address is invalid or undeliverable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept delivery more than twice may lead to account suspension.
