Cancellation Policy

At Sheer Decor, we strive to make our ordering process clear and fair — especially for items that are out of stock or ordered in bulk. Please read the following policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch – Hassle Free

  • Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To request a cancellation, please provide your order number and contact us at:

  • Once a cancellation is approved before shipment, we will confirm it via email or SMS and refund the amount to the selected payment method.


2. Post-Dispatch Orders

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • If a delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For cancellations approved before dispatch, refunds will be made to the original payment method (or the method selected during purchase).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.


4. Automatic Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

  1. Payment is not received for prepaid orders on time; or

  2. The provided delivery address is invalid or undeliverable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to accept delivery more than twice may lead to account suspension.
