  • Free shipping on prepaid orders worth ₹999 or above.

  • For orders below ₹999:

    • Shipping fee between ₹49–₹99, depending on delivery location.

  • COD orders may have an additional handling charge.

  • After dispatch, customers receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and link.

  • You can track the order:

    • Or via the courier partner’s tracking portal

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If an order is undelivered due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Non-availability of customer

    • Refusal to accept

    Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

  • If the package is returned, re-shipping fees may apply before sending it out again.

8. Out-of-Stock / Pre-Order Policy

  • Customers can place pre-orders for out-of-stock items.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OOS / Pre-order items: 10 pieces

  • Production & delivery timeline: 15–30 days, depending on manufacturing and material availability.

9. Bulk Order Policy

  • Bulk orders accepted only for 50 units or more.

  • Discounts and promotional offers do not apply to bulk orders.
