Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities).

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities and most Tier-2 & Tier-3 locations.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our top priority. All products are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of contents or brand name on the label.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies (depending on location).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a nominal handling charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and link.
You can track your order status anytime through our website or courier partner’s portal.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the shipping cost for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
